• Reservations: Once your booking is confirmed and payment is made, it’s final and binding. Bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment: Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards and other payment methods as agreed.

• Cancellation: Please note that we do not offer free cancellations. Once a booking is made, it is binding and cannot be cancelled free of charge.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Conduct: Please treat the property with care and be considerate of others around you.

• Damage: If any damage occurs during your stay, please let us know so we can resolve it. You may be charged for repairs if needed.

3. House Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules:

• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels down, especially in the evening.

• Occupancy: Only the number of guests confirmed at booking are allowed.

• Pets: Pets are welcome! Please keep them under control and clean up after them.

• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please only smoke on your balcony or terrace.

• Cleanliness: Please keep your accommodation reasonably clean during your stay.

• Garbage: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.

• Damages: Report any damages immediately. You may be charged for repairs if necessary.

4. Privacy

• Cookies: We do not use cookies on our website.

5. Liability

• No Guarantees: The site is provided "as is" and may have occasional interruptions. We do not guarantee it will be error-free.
